Established in 2001 by Mark Semper. Semper Speed and Marine was originally in the business of designing and building some of the worlds most powerful Marine Engines. Including the Engines for the wining boat of the 2004 Bridge to Bridge Competition in Sacramento. Which lead to a feature in the December 2004 PowerBoat Magazine. Since then our focus has changed, we still build high performance engines, but where we thrive at is with the ever changing tow sports.
