Hi. My name is Mark Semper and welcome to my web site. Here you will find information about myself and pictures of me. I started my business, Semper Speed & Marine, about 4 years ago working out of a small shop in an industrial complex building motors and rigging boats. Since then, my business has expanded to included boat sales and service along with motor building and rigging. We are now a dealer for 5 brands of boats; Blue Water family boats, Eliminator, Monterey, Nordic, and Sanger Ski Boats. I have been in the Fresno/Madera area all my life and have always had a strong passion for boating. Usually you can catch me speeding around on the Stockton Delta during the summer months if I am not working.  If you are ever in the Fresno/Madera area I welcome you to come visit our shop and take a look.
