"It is so nice to actually deal with a service group that actually gets the job handled with great quality and care. Oh yes, they actually work within my schedule not just theirs.
I bought my Sanger V215 from Semper in 2009 and I always take it back to them for all of the service and any additional work that I get done (speakers, amps, annual service, etc). No matter what the job is the top quality service group comes through on-time. This is very important to me how the Semper group is so committed to their customers and workmanship because I travel from Bakersfield and I never even think twice about giving them all of my boat business.

"Nothing but good to say about the whole crew.. Mark answered the phone the 1st time I called and patiently fielded a load of questions I had regarding a 2006 Malibu Wakesetter 23lsv.. We live in Seattle, WA so I was concerned about making a purchase like this over the phone.. Mark walked me through the process over the phone and I was relieved when everything went exactly as he said.. We had our beautiful boat here in Seattle within 3 days.. And he bent over backwards to expediate some major accessories as well.. Kevin at parts was very helpful with setting us up with the perfect boat fenders at a very reasonable price..
A few weeks later, while we were actually on the lake, I called with a technical boat loading question.. again Mark had his phone on and available to walk me through it..

"I woke up this morning and thought I was dreaming!
This Gorgeouse Sanger V215 followed us all the way home and when i woke up there she was in all her glory sitting in the front yard waiting for me!I just wanted to let you and EVERYONE know we are super happy with our great Sanger, you and ALL your people were wonderful to work with and TIM did a great job o our Sanger shake-down even tho it was 106 and hotter then hell on fire out there! (beer anyone??)
We slept in so we did not get the AM boat ride yet, we left at 4pm from your place and got home after midnight so we are dragin some ass.. ok draggin it to the front yard to sip coffee and look at our new" daughter" ( boat)
Just wanted to say THANK YOU, and ALL your Great employees for taking great care of us, we are looking forward to all the great times ahead!!
